Don Has That (aka easycoffee.com and wideawakecoffee.com) & Tea
Below is some information that comes up from time to time about when orders are
shipped and delivery days for UPS. We do ship most of our orders via UPS,
but when possible, we will ship orders that are under 5lbs via the post office priority mail,
as there service tends to be faster to the and the post office currently works on Saturdays.
We attempt to process as many orders as we can each business day, but cutoff time is 11am pacific time mon-fri for your order to be processed that
same business day.
Please do not be upset with me or my store about the high cost of shipping. All of us...you, me, UPS, FEDEX are victims of the high cost of fuel. I dislike it as much as you do...but I have nothing to do with it. I strongly urge you to exercise your vote in the next election as that buck does stop in DC.
If you want to place a order and you have a due date such
as Mother's Day, Birthday etc....and are not sure what shipping method to
select....please give us a call and dial x201 or x202 for customer
service. If you need it to go out that same day, again, give us a call and
let us know. If it can be done, we will do our best to get it done with
you.
REFUND POLICY:
We Will Be Happy To Accept Your Return For Exchange Or Credit, But Please CALL US FIRST For Authorization. We Want You To Be Satisfied In
Purchasing From Us. We Do Need To Ask That You Notify Us With 15 Days Of The Delivery Of Your Order.
We must ask that if you do need to return a product to us, that you do so at your expense. The least expensive way to return is via the post office. You can do this from you computer at www.usps.com and print your own shipping label
from your desktop. We will issue a credit to your credit card once we have the product returned to us, less the shiping charges.
I am happy to issue you a credit for items returned to me in the same condition that they left here. The credit will be for the amount of your purchase less the shipping charges. If the item has been taken out of it's box, and can not be placed back into my store, I must charge you a 20% restocking fee as well. I hate to do it, but it is something that I have been forced to do by people ordering products from my store, seeing how they look, and then asking me to take the hit when they change their minds. The restocking fee is very rare, but I want to be up front with you about it, just in case.
